Thank you for using our apps and games. We continually improve our products to provide a better experience. These Terms of Use apply to all products and services published by ZinhPixry. Please read them carefully before using our products.

By using a ZinhPixry product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products. If you use a product on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” refer to that organization.

Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

• Paid subscribers receive access to the features described in the relevant app or store listing. Free users may have limited access or usage quotas.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play or App Store account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the applicable renewal price.
• You can manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal in your store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, when offered, may be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

General Prohibitions

You agree not to do, or attempt to do, any of the following:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks, or breach security or authentication measures.
• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of our systems or the systems of our service providers.
• Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer software used to provide our products, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Interfere with another user, host, or network, including by distributing viruses, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing.
• Use unsupported automated tools, crawlers, scraping tools, or data-mining mechanisms to access our products or intellectual property.
• Plant malware or use our products to distribute malware.
• Send unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements, or spam.
• Send deceptive or false source-identifying information, including spoofing or phishing.
• Post or transmit fraudulent or misleading material, or material that infringes the rights of others.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent an affiliation.
• Violate another person’s privacy, any applicable law, or any regulation.
• Encourage or enable another person to perform any prohibited activity.

We may monitor access to and use of our products where appropriate to operate the services, enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with legal obligations. We reserve the right to investigate violations and to remove content or restrict access when we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated. We may cooperate with law-enforcement authorities where required.

Copyright Policy

We respect copyright law and expect users to do the same. We may terminate or restrict accounts that repeatedly infringe, or are reasonably believed to repeatedly infringe, the rights of copyright holders.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our products after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
